We will meet in the parking lot of the Hobby Lobby at intersection of Hwy 121 & Glade Rd. in Grapevine at 11:30 Saturday December 17.  From there we will drive to the Gaylord Texan where we will lunch at the Texan Station which opens at 11 am and serves salads, sandwiches and burgers.  Parking at the Gaylord is $9 but you get a refund if you eat there and get your receipt validated.

We will then drive to Cook’s Children’s Hospital in Ft. Worth arriving at 2:30.  We will park in the circular drive in front being careful not to block traffic. Males bring one or more boy toys and females bring one or more girl toys.    The children, ages 3 to 11 years, will be brought to our Z's in groups. 

After the toy drop at Cook we will head to the Reeves home for our Christmas Party.  There we will enjoy drinks, snacks and conversation.   Later we will enjoy Brisket with trimmings prepared by KarenZ.  We will also have a gift swap. Please bring a gift for someone of your gender and limit gift costs to $10.  We are asking everyone to pitch in $5 to help cover the cost of the meal and drinks. We will have several types of beer, sodas, wine and margaritas available.

We really hope to see all of you at this event. Let’s pull together and see just how many children we can help have a special Christmas, while we have a little fun ourselves.
